Quick reminder from Beatrice, don’t internalized mental baggage stuff. It helps to talk to someone. I have the tendency to internalized problems and then they just get bigger and bigger and bigger.
Talk to people if you’re feeling anxious or depressed or just generally not great, physically or emotionally. Journals may also help.

On that note, does anyone know of a good daily journal mental health type app? I do think it would be beneficial to me to start journaling and I want to know what apps people recommend. Thanks.
